These terms govern your use of ergovisionloupes.com and any purchase of ErgoVision dental loupes from LAMA Medical. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

The website

Content on this site is provided for information only. Product images, specifications, and prices are indicative and may change. We do our best to keep them accurate but do not warrant that they are complete or error-free.

Orders & fitting

Loupes are fitted in person at a LAMA Medical branch. Orders are confirmed only after fitting and payment. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Warranty

ErgoVision loupes ship with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use. Accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorised modification are excluded.

Returns

Because each pair is custom-fitted, returns are limited to manufacturing faults. Please contact your fitting branch within 14 days of collection.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErgoVision and LAMA Medical are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the products.
